I couldn't think of anything from my own childhood, so I resorted to what my own kids have said was the WORST punishment ever...

...the endless lecture/discussion, trapped in a room with both parents for an interminable length of time.

I guess that's the price you pay for having pastor/teacher parents who have lots and lots to say on every subject.
